Definitely one of those mom and pop shops, I think we see the owner working just about every time we're in. But efficient and fast despite the busy level and minimal staffing. You can honestly get anything on the menu and it will be quality even if it may not be YOUR ideal sandwich, and in that case just try another the next time!
